A 32-year-old Bayonne man was arrested and charged on Wednesday, Jan. 8 with striking an officer with his motorcycle last month.
On Friday, Dec. 20 at 1:36 p.m., officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Kennedy Blvd. and 31st Street when they saw a motorcycle with a fictitious New Jersey registration, Bayonne police said.

Two Paterson residents were arrested on Wednesday, July 24, after police spotted them driving a car with a stolen license plate in Secaucus, authorities said.
At 9:33 p.m., officers located the vehicle in the area of Meadowlands Parkway and 10th Street, Secaucus police said. Police stopped Alibay Barkley, 55, of Whitehall, PA, in a 2019 Chevrolet Corvette with an obstructed license plates that didn't match the car, at East 140 St. and Third Avenue around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, the NYPD said.

A traffic stop by a New Milford police officer turned up dozens of packages swiped from various victims' homes, authorities said.
