Police executing a search warrant also allegedly found drug paraphernalia and arrested two of the home's occupants, Bryan Kainey, 32, and his sister Mallory Kainey, 34.
Mallory Kainey was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of paraphernalia and failure to turn over a controlled dangerous substance to law enforcement. She was turned over to Newark police on a warrant issued there and released.
Bryan Kainey was charged with maintaining a drug manufacturing facility, manufacturing within 1,000 feet of Radcliffe School, possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle.
He was being held at the Essex County jail.
