Driving Too Slow On Route 46 Gets Intoxicated Man Busted: Denville PD
A 61-year-old Dover man was recently arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Denville, authorities announced.
At 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 19, officers stopped a vehicle on Route 46 East for traveling well below the posted speed limit, Denville police said. The driver, Florentin Flores-Zapata displayed signs of impairment and was arrested following field sobriety tests, police said.
Flores-Zapata was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, careless driving, delaying traffic, reckless driving and having an open container of alcohol, police said.

A circus performer was injured after being struck by an arrow during a live show at a fair in the Hudson Valley on Friday, July 24, authorities said.
Troopers responded to the Orange County Fair on the fairgrounds of 239 Wisner Ave. in Wallkill at approximately 9:30 p.m. Friday, July 24, after receiving a report that circus personnel had been injured during a performance, according to New York State Police.
