At 4:20 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, officers pulled a vehicle over after noticing it had an inoperable passenger-side brake light, Denville police said. The driver, Garry Della-Calce appeared impaired and officers conducted field sobriety tests, Denville police.
Following the tests, Della-Calce was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, police said.
He was issued motor vehicle summonses for operating under the influence of liquor or drugs, careless driving, maintenance of lamps and reckless driving, police said.
