A 51-year-old Willingboro man was struck and killed on Route 130 in Burlington County early Sunday morning, Sept. 20, authorities said. Welther Briggs was struck by a vehicle traveling south on Route 130 at the intersection of Pennypacker Drive in Edgewater Park, Edgewater Park Township police said.
