Jon Cypher, the New York City native best known for playing Chief Fletcher Daniels on "Hill Street Blues," died Monday, Aug. 3, at his home in Central Point, Oregon, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He was 94. A specific cause of death has not yet been released.
