Police ID Missing Fisherman Found Dead In NJ Lake
Police have identified the fisherman who went missing and was later found dead in a New Jersey lake. Valeri Malov, of Pine Brook, had gone fishing in the body of water behind an industrial complex on Chapin Road Saturday morning, Aug. 24, Montville Police Chief Andrew Caggiano said. Responding officers found his fishing equipment on the shoreline and began a search of the area. The search for a missing paddleboarder on a Sussex County lake came to a tragic end Sunday morning, July 7, police said. James Lee, 61, of Sandyston, had been on a stand-up paddleboard on Kittatinny Lake when he fell into the water and did not re-emerge Friday, July 5 around 6:45 p.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt.
