30-Year-Old Man Followed Women At Route 46 Target A 30-year-old Allamuchy man was recently charged with trespassing after he returned to a Target on Route 46 after being ordered to leave, authorities said. The man, who was not identified by officers, had been following women around the Hackettstown Target and behaving in an inappropriate manner, Washington Township police said in a release. He was released pending a court appearance, police said.
