'Lifetime' Sex Offender Reports Move In Yonkers
A registered "lifetime" sexual offender convicted of raping a woman in 1983 has reported an address change in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 58-year-old Juanito Soto, who has reported an address change from an apartment on Ludlow Street to a residence on Van Cortlandt Park Avenue in Yonkers.
