Threat Leads To Two-Hour Delay At Pleasantville Schools Pleasantville schools opened two-hour late Wednesday after a threat was made by a student, according to Pleasantville Police. Police were notified around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday by a school district administrator of a threat that a student made against Pleasantville Middle School.  Police said they interviewed the student and his parents and deemed the threat not be credible, police said.
