A 43-year-old Northern Westchester man who was implicated in an attempted sexual assault after his DNA was collected from a cup he drank from following his arrest for a separate rape case will spend more than a decade in prison. Man, Woman Face Host Of Charges After Police Pursuit From Westchester
A man and a woman were nabbed after a pursuit with New York State Police in the Hudson Valley on a host of charges, including allegedly possessing illegal weapons. The incident began in Westchester County at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 6, when troopers attempted to stop a 2021 Nissan Sentra on I-87 in the village of Ardsley and ended in Rockland County in Nyack when the vehicle was stopped by the Orangetown Police on Route 59. Justin Timberlake formally accepted a plea deal in his alleged drunk driving case in New York. The former NSYNC frontman, age 43, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of driving while ability impaired in Sag Harbor Village court on Friday, Sept. 13. A 59-year-old man has been charged in connection with his alleged rape of a child while working as a painter at a Northern Westchester County apartment building, officials announced. A 37-year-old man faces a felony charge after allegedly burglarizing a Northern Westchester home, police announced. Peekskill resident Kevin Powell was arrested on Thursday, June 20 in connection with an incident in Cortlandt on Tuesday, June 18, New York State Police announced on Wednesday, June 26. Five suspects have been apprehended after an early afternoon shooting in the Hudson Valley. It happened in Rockland County on Saturday, Jan. 29 at around 1:45 p.m. in New City.
