A multiple-vehicle crash on Interstate 287 in Westchester that closed all but one lane of traffic has been cleared, state police said. The crash, which included two passenger vehicles and two tractor-trailers, took place around 10 a.m. Friday, March 15, on the Thruway in Port Chester between exit 10 and 11, said Trooper Tara McCormick, spokeswoman for the New York State Police.
