Police Assist Driver Before Truck Can Strike Westchester Parkway Overpass Police intervention was required to assist a truck driver who got stuck near an overpass he couldn’t travel past. The North Castle Police Department received a call from a motorist in a tractor-trailer on Central Westchester Parkway at approximately 1:30 p.m. on July 31 when he found himself stuck near the White Plains border.
