Port Chester resident Fabio Coutinho, 42, has been sentenced to eight years in state prison, followed by 15 years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to one count of criminal sexual act, a felony, earlier this year. Sex Offender Convicted Of Contact With 2-Year-Old, 6-Year-Old Reports Move In Ossining A registered "lifetime" sexual offender convicted of having sexual contact with two victims under the age of 7 has reported a move in Northern Westchester. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 55-year-old Andrew Mulleavey, who has reported a move from a Stone Avenue apartment to a residence on Gates Avenue in Ossining.
