Westchester Man Sentenced For Having Hundreds Of Images Of Child Porn A 30-year-old Westchester man will register as a sex offender after being caught with a collection of child porn on his home computer. Yonkers resident Richard Silva was sentenced to 10 years probation with sex offender conditions, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced on Tuesday.  Silva pleaded guilty to one count of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child in March.
