Students Set Rally Over Repaving Of Westchester Road A group of students in Greenburgh has organized a rally to encourage state officials to repave the pothole-riddled Saw Mill River Road. More than two dozen student interns will host the rally next week in an effort to get a new surface on one of Westchester’s more bumpy and dangerous roadways. Local residents have been invited to join the students at the event. The rally is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 2 at Macy Park in Ardsley.
