Ossining School Lockdown Lifted An early morning lockdown at Ossining High School has been lifted after police performed a sweep of the premises, according to the Ossining Police Department. The lockdown took place around 9 a.m. Friday at the school at 29 S. Highland Ave., for an unspecified threat. Police responded within minutes and searched the building before lifting the lockdown.
