A four-alarm fire destroyed a restaurant and adjoining apartments and led to the hours-long closure of a stretch of Route 22 in the area, according to fire officials. Multiple tanker trucks and firefighters from throughout the region rushed to the scene of the blaze in Dutchess County at the three-story structure in which people were inside at the time the fire started at the Dover Cafe and six apartments, said officials with the Dover Plains Fire Department. State Police are asking for the public's help in locating a teen who has gone missing from a residential facility for troubled young men from the New York area. At approximately 7:30 p,m. Saturday, March 31, state police received reports from staffers that Keener Mendez-Estaeban ran away from the Berkshire Farms Center in the Town of Canaan. Mendez-Estaeban is described as being 5-foot-6, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
