The New York State Thruway Authority announced a rock remediation safety project on the I-95 in Westchester, which will require brief traffic stops beginning today.  The rock remediation is part of the $135 million “Last Mile” infrastructure improvement project which focuses on the one-mile stretch from exit 22 (Port Chester-Rye-Midland Avenue) to the Connecticut state line.
