A Westchester man will spend time in prison after being found guilty by a jury of possessing an illegal weapon.
Richard Johnson, 37, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty on Monday, Dec. 2, following a jury trial in Westchester County Court on multiple felony weapons charges.
Johnson was found guilty of one count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all felonies, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced.
