Police To Conduct Random Checks At Houses Of Worship In Hudson Valley After Israel Attacks Following terrorist attacks in Israel that have killed hundreds of Israelis and several American citizens, authorities in the Hudson Valley will be conducting random checks of religious institutions as a precaution. $10M Added For Security At NY Religious Centers, Schools In the wake of the deadliest assault on the Jewish community in American history, millions of dollars are being added to help protect cultural centers in New York from hate crimes. New York Gov.
