Alert Issued For Teen Reported Missing In Westchester For Months Seen him? Police in Westchester are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager who hasn’t been seen since February. An alert was issued by the New Rochelle Police Department for 16-year-old Ramiro Abraham Perez Miranda, who was last seen in the city on Tuesday, Feb. 16. Officials said that it is possible that Miranda may have traveled to Cincinnati, Ohio, in the weeks when he was first reported missing.
