Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to Panera Bread at the Triangle Shopping Center shortly before 5 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 11, where there were reports of a person playing with a knife. Panera Bread Announces National Recall Of Cream Cheese Products Panera Bread has announced a nationwide recall of a popular cream cheese product “out of an abundance of caution.” Officials announced a “nationwide, preemptive, voluntary recall” of all two ounce and eight-ounce cream cheese products sold in its bakery-cafes after “samples of one variety of cream cheese from a single production day showed a positive result for the presence of Listeria monocytogenes.” Officials said that tests on cream cheese samples manufactured both before and after the production run in question have all come back negative.
