Man, Woman From Westchester Caught With Drugs After Traffic Stop A man and woman are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Putnam, authorities say. Police observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation on Oscawana Lake Road in the Town of Putnam Valley and pulled the vehicle over on Friday, Jan. 25 around 8:30 p.m. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle container heroin, hypodermic needles, and marijuana.
