Latimer Sends WCC Employee Contracts To Legislature After eight years, an agreement has been reached between the county and employees of Westchester Community College. County Executive George Latimer announced he is sending the renewed contracts Contracts for the Westchester Community College Federation of Teachers and the Civil Service Employees Association to the Board of Legislators for review.
