On Wednesday, Dec. 18, and Thursday, Dec. 19, motorists have experienced “excessive” traffic delays along West Hartsdale Avenue during the morning commute, Greenburgh Police Chief Joseph Ryan said. Ryan said that the cause of the delay has been identified as a switching malfunction at the Four Corners traffic signal.
