Slow Down: Westchester Police Agencies To Target Speeding Drivers During Detail
Police agencies in Westchester will be targeting speeding drivers as they enter into a “high-visibility enforcement campaign aimed at reducing the incidence of speed-related crashes.” Beginning on Thursday, Aug. 1, officers started targeting motorists, noting that each year, speed-related crashes cost Americans approximately $40 billion, according to the Insurance Information Institute.
