Duo Nabbed After Investigation At Bank Ends In Crash Between BMW, School Bus In Hudson Valley Two men were apprehended and are facing charges after a grand larceny investigation at a bank in the Hudson Valley ended in a crash. At about 4:25 p.m., Friday, Aug. 12, the Village of Fishkill Police pursued a vehicle northbound on Route 9 in connection to the investigation at Key Bank.  The fleeing vehicle, a 2017 BMW 330i, struck a small school bus on Route 9 in the town of Wappinger and came to rest in a ditch, state police said.   ll occupants of the BMW and the bus were treated at local area hospitals for minor injuries and released, police said. Teen Hit With 43 Tickets Following High-Speed Pursuit With State Police An 18-year-old was slapped with 43 speeding tickets following a high-speed pursuit with state police on Route 17 in the Hudson Valley that reached speeds of 148 mph. The incident began around 10:12 a.m., Sunday, March 21, when a trooper patrolling Route 17 in the town of Goshen spotted a 2003 Infiniti G35 traveling east at a high rate of speed, said Trooper Steven Nevel. The trooper, Bryan Whalen, verified the speed on radar at 117 mph in a 65 mph zone. The trooper attempted to catch up to the vehicle. Police: Motorist With Suspended License Issued 12 Tickets After Trying To Elude Troopers A Hudson Valley man was arrested for fleeing from police and issued 12 tickets. Rockland County resident Jeremy Singh, age 24, of the town of Haverstraw, was arrested on Tuesday, March 16, after being stopped by state police driving a 2006 Toyota Corolla on Route 202 in Haverstraw, Trooper Steven Nevel said. According to Nevel,  when the trooper initiated the stop, Singh failed to comply and fled the area. The vehicle entered the Palisades Interstate Parkway southbound and began driving in and out of traffic in a reckless and unsafe manner while reaching a top speed of 85 mph.  T…

An alert was issued this week for Waterbury, Conn. resident Jose Rosado, who was busted by troopers last October driving 115 mph in the wrong direction on the interstate during a late-night joyride.
