Apartment Building Evacuated In Westchester After Retaining Wall Collapses A building had to be evacuated on Wednesday night when a retaining wall supporting a concrete parking slab collapsed. First responders were dispatched to a Landscape Avenue building in Yonkers shortly before 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13, police said, when the concrete collapsed on a hill above the building. The wall collapsed on Landscape Avenue onto Bruce Avenue, though no injuries were reported.
