Woman Charged With Violating Order Of Protection In Westchester A Dutchess County woman has been remanded into the custody of the Westchester County Department of Corrections after allegedly violating a Temporary Order of Protection issued in Putnam, according to police in Yorktown. Shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23, officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to the Kmart parking lot on Downing Drive, where there was a report of two people arguing in a vehicle.
