A man faces charges after hitting a former coworker in the head with a metal baton and then leading officers on an extensive chase throughout Westchester, police said. Man, Woman Face Multiple Charges After Westchester Stop
A late night Valentine’s Day traffic stop led to multiple charges for a Hudson Valley man violating an Order of Protection while in possession of drugs and an illegal weapon in Yorktown. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department stopped Carmel resident David Gonzalez, 44, at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday while on patrol on Lexington Avenue after he allegedly failed to maintain his lane and had a broken brake light.
