Leader Of Drug Ring In Westchester Sentenced To Prison Time A drug kingpin will spend nearly a decade behind bars for operating a massive ring in Westchester. Keith Hollar, 57, has been sentenced to eight years in prison for his role in a wide-ranging drug trafficking operation in Mount Vernon and the Bronx, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced. Hollar, along with 11 others, were charged in a 68-count indictment on charges of enterprise corruption, operating as a major trafficker, and possession of heroin and fentanyl in April last year.
