Man Faces DWI, Drug Charges After BMW Stopped In Westchester A traffic stop of a motorist in a BMW in Westchester led to DWI and drug charges for a man allegedly in possession of cocaine and marijuana. New York State Police troopers stopped Cortlandt resident Akintunde Akinleye, 30, at approximately 3:20 a.m. on Lockwood Road in Cortlandt on the Fourth of July, when he allegedly committed a vehicle and traffic law violation. During the stop, troopers said that Akinleye was found to be intoxicated, leading to his arrest. Westchester Woman Had Car Full Of Pot, Products, Police Say One of three area women busted by state police with a large quantity of marijuana is facing charges after police say they found a flier containing a price list for all the items. New York State Police troopers stopped a 2004 Acura at approximately 10 p.m. on April 21 on Route 9A in Peekskill for a traffic violation, a spokesperson announced on Thursday. During the stop, troopers determined that there was reasonable cause to search the vehicle.
