Con Edison Crews Investigating Reported Sleepy Hollow Gas Leak

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. - More than two dozen homes were checked in Sleepy Hollow for gas readings following reports of a leak in the area.

Late Tuesday morning, officials in Sleepy Hollow were notified of a potential gas leak near the intersection of Webber and North Avenue.

According to reports, as many as 30 houses were checked by the fire department, with forcible entry required at eight locations during the investigation into the reported leak. On Tuesday afternoon, crews from Con Edison were on scene to resolve the issue.
