Crash Blocks Lanes, Snags Traffic On I-95 In Westchester (Developing)

A crash on Interstate 95 in Westchester temporarily left two lanes blocked, causing bumper-to-bumper traffic.

The crash happened at around 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31 on I-95 South in New Rochelle just before Exit 16, according to traffic reports. 

As a result, the left and center lanes were blocked. The incident caused stop-and-go traffic beginning in the area of Exit 17.
