KeyBank's move brings 43 district executives and staff to its new location at 660 White Plains Road from its previous headquarters in West Nyack. KeyBank is based out of Cleveland, Ohio.
The Participate to Graduate program helps improve educational outcomes of at-risk youth through after-school programs and leadership development. The program includes recreational activities such as dance and yoga, as well as homework supervision and computer skills. The program is a partnership between regional United Way chapters in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland and Ulster counties.
"What makes this program so unique is its regional reach,” Ruth Mahoney, president of the Hudson Valley KeyBank district said. “Through a shared focus and commitment of resources, our regional United Way branches have developed a great program that will help keep the Hudson Valley's youth engaged in the educational process by increasing skill levels and confidence.
