Woman Charged After Four Dead Dogs Found At Suffolk County Residence Multiple dead dogs were found inside a Long Island “uninhabitable” home leading to an animal cruelty arrest for a 68-year-old Oakdale woman. Donna Hulse’s Jade Street residents made multiple complaints to the SPCA and police about what they alleged were dead dogs inside her home and a strong smell of urine and feces in recent weeks, SPCA Chief Roy Gross said.
