Central Islip Man Admits Sexually Abusing Young Girl For Years A Long Island man could spend a decade behind bars after admitting that he sexually abused a young girl for years. Elmer Martinez, age 44, of Central Islip, pleaded guilty to a charge of sexual conduct against a child in Suffolk County Court on Friday, March 17.
