Horse Pulled From Pool At Suffolk County Home Police rescued a horse from a pool at a Long Island home. The incident took place in Suffolk County around 7:50 a.m., Saturday, March 19, when officers responded to a 911 call of a horse stuck in a pool cover at a home in Bohemia. Police and members of the Bohemia Fire Department responded and pulled the horse, a 3-year-old female named Penny, from the deep end of the pool through the shallow end, said the Suffolk County Police. Police: Man Stole Keys While Test Driving Car, Threatened Victim In Suffolk A man has been apprehended after police say he threatened a Long Island resident with a knife and stole his car keys while test driving a vehicle that was listed for sale on social media. Jalen Boynton, age 20, met the victim at his house on Cori Lane in Bohemia at approximately 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5 to test drive a 2020 Dodge Challenger T/A that had been listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace, Suffolk County Police said.
