Long Island Man Drove Drunk With 1-Year-Old Daughter In Car, Police Say A 25-year-old man has been charged with driving drunk under Leandra's Law after his infant daughter was found in the car when he was stopped on Long Island. The stop happened on Sunday, Sept. 29 at 2:10 a.m. in Freeport.
