Police say an 85-year-old victim in Indiana reported receiving a phone call from someone claiming to be her grandson on Wednesday, Nov. 20 around 10:30 a.m. The caller told the victim that he was arrested for DWI and provided her with a phone number to contact an attorney, according to police.
