Second Suspect Charged In Connection To Murder Of 19-Year-Old Long Island Man A second suspect has been charged with murder after human remains were found near a busy Long Island roadway last summer. Nassau County Police say the discovery was made around 9 a.m.on Tuesday, July 20 on the Meadowbrook Parkway in Uniondale. According to detectives, the skeletal remains of a human body were located in a wooded area on the west side of the parkway. The victim was later identified as Gerson E. Pineda, age 19, of Hempstead.
