Two Long Island Store Clerks Charged With Selling Alcohol To Minors
Two store clerks were charged during an underage drinking enforcement detail conducted on Long Island. The two were cited for selling an alcoholic beverage to an undercover State Police operative under the age of 21 on Wednesday, Feb. 26. Arrested and charged with unlawful dealing with a child in the first degree and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage were: Anil Patwa, 66, of Albertson, a clerk at Fortune Smoke Shop, Old Country Road in Westbury.
