Long Island Man Accused Of Accepting Money For Drugs From Undercover Cop, Police Say A 37-year-old Long Island man was arrested for allegedly accepting money from an undercover agent for the purchase of drugs. Derek Stulsky, of Freeport, was arrested on Wednesday, June 3, by Nassau County Police during an investigation of a fatal heroin overdose of a Freeport resident on Tuesday, June 2. According to Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives, during the course of the investigation of the overdose, it was discovered that Stulsky was the possible dealer who sold a controlled substance to the victim.
