19-Year-Old Long Island Woman Linked To Stolen Vehicle, Credit Cards, Police Say A 19-year-old Long Island woman was arrested after being nabbed in possession of alleged stolen goods in connection with an earlier crime involving a stolen vehicle. Taylor Loccisano, of Hicksville, was arrested on Friday, May 1, by Nassau County Police, in connection with the arrest of Clifton Woods, 19, on Thursday, April 30, police said. According to detectives, Woods was arrested after being stopped allegedly driving a stolen vehicle in Hicksville. Officers from the Nassau County Police Department received a report shortly before 8 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21 after a teenager stole an unattended SUV that had the key in the ignition outside a Michigan Drive home in Hicksville.
