Taylor Loccisano, of Hicksville, was arrested on Friday, May 1, by Nassau County Police, in connection with the arrest of Clifton Woods, 19, on Thursday, April 30, police said. According to detectives, Woods was arrested after being stopped allegedly driving a stolen vehicle in Hicksville.
