Man Charged In Underage Drinking Inspection At Suffolk Bar An underage drinking investigation resulted in an arrest at a bar on Long Island. Suffolk County Police arrested the 34-year-old Holbrook man following the State Liquor Authority SLA inspection at a bar in Port Jefferson. In response to community complaints, Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers, working with the SLA and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Community Support Units, conducted the investigation into underage drinking at Portside Bar and Grill, located at 242 E.
