Suffolk Man Arrested For Attempting To Kidnap, Sell Sex Workers A Long Island man has been arrested for allegedly trafficking and attempting to kidnap sex workers. Andrew Frey, 54, of Coram, was arrested Friday, Nov. 15, by the FBI and the Suffolk County Police Department.  Frey is charged with attempted trafficking by force and attempted kidnapping, said the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
