Car Crashes Into Building Off Northern State Parkway A driver on Long Island escaped serious injury after losing control of his vehicle and crashing into multiple signs and then slammed into a building. The incident took place just before 8 p.m., Thursday, April 22, when the driver suffered a medical emergency on the Northern State Parkway in Westbury, said New York State Police.
