It happened on Tuesday, Oct. 3 in Levittown, according to Nassau County Police. At approximately 3:50 p.m., a 14-year-old girl was on Division Avenue just north of Church Road — the location of Division Avenue High School — when she was struck by a 2016 Mazda. The incident happened in Mastic Beach at about 8:45 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 15, the Suffolk County Police Department reported. A man was hunting in Narrow Bay when the kayak capsized, and he fell into the water, SCPD said. Police said a person on land saw him in the water and called 911. 2 Suspects Sought After Early Morning Robbery On Long Island Police are seeking tips from the public after a 34-year-old man was the victim of an early morning robbery on Long Island. The incident happened at around 4:15 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, in South Farmingdale, near Yoakum Avenue and Woodward Parkway, according to Nassau County Police. Detectives said the victim was walking near the intersection when two men approached and demanded his belongings. He complied and gave the men his wallet.
