Adam Simpson has been a mortgage loan originator with Residential Home Funding since October 2006. With over 13 years in residential mortgage lending experience, and originator’s licenses in NY and NJ, he is able to assist his clients with all facets of residential lending from purchasing their first home to buying a vacation home on the lake. Adam is also an FHA specialist, concentrating on helping first time homeowners realize their dreams of owning their own home. Residential Home Funding’s extensive lending programs offer his residential clients an unmatched variety among locally owned mortgage banks. Adam also is heavily involved in the local business community. In September of 2013 he founded Professional Networking Powerhouse, a business networking group that brings together small business owners in 9 cities throughout Dutchess, Ulster and Orange Counties. He is also a member of the business networking group BNI, and an ambassador with the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
